From Our 1999-2000 Season:
Arsenic and Old Lace
by Joseph Kesselring
Green Room Notes
A classic comedy,
Arsenic and Old Lace
is the story of the charming and innocent Brewster ladies
of 1940's Brooklyn who populate their cellar
with the remains of socially and religiously "acceptable"
roomers;
and the antics of their nephew, Teddy,
who thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt,
and Mortimer, a manic theater critic.
Come join us for a few good chuckles over the
humorous and crazy antics of the Brewster family members!
